The Ductless Split Heat Pump That Is Mini But Mighty
Energy efficiency seems to be a fad nowadays with the global warming and all. The good thing about these new pumps is that they can fit into any model of a home like those with problematic architectures, flat roofs, so they can go where the conventional ones can't. Building soffits can therefore be eliminated. Those homes with radiant under floor heated water or heat coils are difficult to cool, but with the ductless heat pumps, they actually make a good alternative. They put those good old wood stoves and electric, or propane spaces heaters obsolete. It is dictated by today's ecology that installing fully sealed spaces should have less air leakage to the outside. A thin conduit can be accommodated by this pump by drilling a three inch plus hole.
You can customize how you would mount a smart looking, quiet interior unit. Up to four room interior units can be connected to one outdoor unit. They are just not appropriate for areas with below freezing temperatures. One other drawback may be the cost because this may average from 500-1000 dollars per ton.
